Terms of Service

1. Services

The Complete Home Improvement Services provides roofing and exterior improvement services as described in written proposals provided before project commencement. All work is performed in accordance with the agreed proposal scope.

2. Estimates and Proposals

Written proposals are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Estimates may change if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the initial inspection.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

The Complete Home Improvement Services provides a workmanship warranty on all completed services. Warranty terms are specified in each proposal. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers separately.

5. Liability

The Complete Home Improvement Services carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the contract value for the specific project.
